  • Recharge not showing up in my account!!!

    I recharged my account twice today and neither of them has showed up in my account, however they were taken from my bank account! I have put in a ticket of course and included 2 screen shots. I am posting this here as a fellow guild mate of mine had the exact same issue with his account and I want this issue escalated with the help of a moderator please. It's bad enough that the recharge rewards are drastically less than the past , but to not even get those balens credited to my account after accepting my money is unacceptable.

    Have you allowed 8 hours between the recharge and the ticket. It can take up to 8 hours to process. Also how did you recharge, was it paypal or was it through Xsolla? These details tend to help so we can assist further. Can I get your ingame name and server number please.

        okay well the 8 hour thing has never happened with my account as it's always been an immediate thing. However since my first ticket 1 of my purchases showed up the other is in limbo... i sent in a ticket about that as well. In this day and age there's no excuse for having to wait for your electronic purchase to be credited to you.

          ok update on my issue... All my recharged balens have appeared into my account! Ty for the quick response to my dilemma.

            The balens resolved themselves by allowing that 8 hours. No-one was able to help you since we didn't have a ticket number or even your account details. Tickets aren't responded typically for 3 days. Glad it resolved though.
