guys, they cant do that for all servers 1st, if they found bugs, they need to fixed all servers, more work for them
usually only S1 have this update, or S1 n S3 1st (only happened once :P)
idk why they update few servers at once now

More servers= more input from players= easier way to "fix" eventual bugs so they don't implement them on live.

That and alot of the stuff seems to be pvp or multiplayer oriented...cant say for sure about the specific selection....cashiest servers? lol

More input from players doesnt mean easier to fix
Ex. u install 1 program to 10 devices, then u found bugs, why u need to re-install it for that 10 devices if u can make it easier by trying on 1 device then when it's work fine then u install to another 9 devices

It's just my opinion as programmer, that's what i did when i fix bugs on my programs :P
