Team Arena on Kongregate.com server S1

I have been getting the "Log failed. Please refresh your browser" since the late Team Arenas yesterday. The same problem is going on again right now on Kongregate.com server S1. Refreshing the browser does not help. Clearing browser cache does not help. Using world chat to ask around, nobody has managed to get in since midway through yesterdays team arenas. Please fix this as many count on the arenas to get their devotion bonus from hot events. The bug report option does not give a ticket or confirmation number there. Is there another way to get one from Kongregate.com or do I need to do from R2 website?

Team Arena

For two days have been unable to play TA.....got in first two yesterday....then it wouldn't load. Today tried to enter the arena and it wouldn't let us.....tonight advised that I had used all my turns.....very frustrating....specially when not fixed and no compensation for loss.
