Team Arena Bugged on US-East Servers

its been 2 days everyone in my server cannot join the team arena server..
if we try tro create team then nothing happened. some of the player just getting blank screen
can someone fix this ?
and i cant send a ticket. if i try to submit the ticket it keep saying the page is temporary unavailable

im on that server too.. my info is DieForHonor.. didnt make screenshot but its bugged.. we cant make room and also cause it cant collect prices for TA..
