My Character can't see some of the other players

This started one day ago my main character (OSSIRIST) can't see some of the other players even if i add them to a party and stand right by their side i still can't see them and they can't see. The only way they can see me is if i add them to a party and enter the same dungeon with them that is the only way.
Here you can see my main and alt standing side by side and they can't see each other.

It's because your toons are on different map lines. Upper-left corner of the mini-map you see L1 or L3 - click on that to switch map lines. Get them on the same line and they can see each other.
