Where can i trade it? The description says that a full CE vial can be traded. But where?

Empty Crystal Essence Vial (can't be traded) You double click this item to fill it with 500 CE (Crystal Essence will be deducted from your CE bar).
Once is filled you get "Full Crystal Essence Vial (can be traded) which you can trade with others. In order to be used you have to double click the item.

Note: If you use the Full CE Vial, the CE will be added to your CE bar and the item will be removed from your inventory.

FYI: You get 2 CE Points for every 15 seconds in game, so 8 CE x 1 Min
