Do these things drop at all? I have farmed a few orange purple essences but i haven't heard of Stones dropping so far

Since banner was introduced, I have never seen that item drop from any level 95+ dungeons. Have asked a couple of people from my server and they too have not seen it drop. So, I am not really sure. Tooltip of the item did state that lionheart stones only drop on corruption and can only be bought from fateshop.
