Therion mounts forging

I would like to know if anyone has a 100% definite answer as to whether or not we will lose our golden dragon when we use therions to spawn white tiger, seirryu and great phoenix mounts. I am close to having the therions needed for white tiger but I don't want to lose my golden dragon to get it as the white tiger although cool as hell looking has absolute pathtic stats considering what is required material wise to get it. You can get a much stronger mount in shop for 1500 damn crystals than you get for all the therions required for tiger. If your not 100% sure please don't answer this. Id hate to lose my dragon
