Did you create your character before or after August 12th (Friday/yesterday)?

If it was before Aug 12, then you played on the Alpha server, which ended already and has been wiped. You'll need to create a new character to play for real now.

You only needed to do it once. Now you wait for your ticket to be responded to. I can tell you now, they aren't going to be able to fix your issue until Monday (about 24 hours from now).

well thanks men, maybe if this problem take more of 3 days i will have to left the game, because for when i will have my character back, the others players will be lv 60 and i'll stay too below the top, it will be like losing days to level up, and for nothing q-q
