Day in Vidalia Quest - Turtle Eggs

The quest wants me to use an item at a specific location, but as you can see there is no way to go any further on the map. (This is the closest that I could get.)

Im having the same problem. Actually, this is daily 'a day in vidalia' quest.

The same location is used for level 55 redemption quests that bring you to whisperwind beach, so those are unable to be completed as well.
