I can't get out in the sengolia battle ground

Please help me get out at sengolia battleground my name is SoDam in Crystal saga 2

They have logged your toon so they could pull you out of Seng.

We're still in the issue is being fixed stage of this bug, so no rewards are being sent, and I don't know yet if compensation will be issued later.

You should be out of Seng now though. Do try to avoid L2 until the issue is fixed.

This issue has ended up affecting L1 as well, the whole right side of both maps is unusable. I shall have someone post screenshots if it can help it.

Please keep in mind assistance with getting out of Seng depends on the working hours of the R2 person who has that access. I hope you both were able to exit during the 7:00 Seng.
