Guild tax Levy and NPC

As you know, the guild land grab battle was last night. My guild, won LG and since it was 8:00 server time, the time that it said we could levy starglade, it says the event hasn't started yet. Furthermore, in the guild tab of the event tab, there is no NPC for the starglade levy. Its blank.
I think this is a bug and i hope you look into it please. Thank You!

Theres something i would like to add to the guild problem, i believe that the x2 experience in the guild territory officer is suppose to be the seignor exp im guessing. However, i clicked it and it said that the operation succeded, but it did not show a seignor experience icon or anything. It didnt announce at all.

Were you able to check and see if it was giving 2x exp anyway?

I also have something else to add, as you know, if a guild wins Land Grab, they can activate nimbus crystal for everyone/for the guild right? Well, i got one, and i went to the guild station (guild territory) like it said, and tried using it. It said the item could not be used at that area. How are suppose to use the nimbus crystal for experience when there is no champions bluff or anything?

Lol, i wish there will be an update soon, i have like 3 nimbus crystal torches in my inventory and i cant put them in vault and its taking up space XD, and it would be great if the sieg xp would work.

Sounds good! However, i wont be able to help or give more information because i am no longer city leader and have access to the guild tax levy or seig options.

Hopefully the current ruling guild can let us know if the Levy has been fixed.

Yes Levy has been fixed as far as I can tell although the seignor options still do nothing after giving the message operation succeeded. Also I have 6 nimbus crystals in my inventory that I can't use so that's still broken as well, same messages as nica described.
