Pet support bonuses broken

My angel is doing the same damage with a support pet and is also healing the same, heres a screenshot of my Angel doing 8663 heal with/without support pet

I have the same problem. current temporary fix is to level up your pet and it will work but when you logout and back in it doesn't work. This is a paid feature and important R2 correct this as I paid money to use this.....

Seems to only be affecting Angel pets? My friend has a 3rd evolution Demon and hers is working just fine.

This is still outstanding my Reaper stage 6 with stage 3 angel inside has 10k attack when i unsummon or die i re-summon the repear and it only does 4k even though it says 10k. before it was hitting good damage when it dies it is bugging

Bugs are fixed during maintenance, so a daily update isn't needed. What I need from you is an update after maintenance.

You guys release an incomplete game and advertise paid services which do not work... been over a week since I first raised a support ticket and nothing has been done... please take this matter seriously... made me pay for a service which is STILL not working. Its been reeported twice on forums and many times in individual tickets by different players...

I have raised this as a ticket 3 times to which I have yet to be in response of a REPLY from r2. Disgraceful how you can ignore customers who spend money on your game. Bad experience and customer expectations, I expect situations where I pay for a service to be resolved! one way or another......

Ticket replies are about a week behind at the moment. They also tend to collect the bug reports into one big report, so in that regard it's better to just use the forum for bugs.

I'll ask if this issue is on the agenda for the next maintenance, or if they are still needing more information about the issue, on Monday.

i figured out a trick to fix this. the reason the pets support is fixed when leveled up is because its stats change. so if your pet is bugged out take pet armour off then back on. boom support slot bonuses working again

I can confirm with this, it will fix the skill bug issue. However, the issue itself still persists in the game (sorry if this is reviving an old thread, I only recently got angel and only recently noticed the bug. Figured it would be better to post on the more prevalent thread than making a new one for you to merge/sort out ML).
