Inventory Sorting Bug - Read Me! - Fixed?

There is still an issue with the inventory where, randomly, the inventory fails to sort after clicking the Sort button. Do not move your items to your vault if your items failed to sort! Either refresh and try again, or keep trying to sort your items until they actually sort.

The game registers the items as sorted even though the images show nothing has moved, so you might accidentally sell something valuable thinking it is a gear drop, when in reality it is your wings, or your expanders, or something else of value. Do not move or use your items until your inventory is sorted!

If, while moving items around you see something has been duplicated, do not throw this item away. Sometimes refreshing the game fixes the item, and sometimes it takes a few days for the item to fix itself. Not everything can be replaced, so please use caution when clicking Sort on your inventory.

I was able to get this bug on video, so hopefully it will be fixed soon, until then, USE CAUTION WHEN SORTING YOUR INVENTORY!



12/14 Edit: December 14th maintenance appears to have brought a fix to the inventory sorting issues, both in the main inventory and the pet hut, where the game will freeze the inventory with a red "Sorting..." message until the inventory successfully sorts. While the message displays on the screen, the inventory is inaccessible. If any further inventory issues arise, please let us know immediately.

I always~ being a victim~ when about sorting~ inventory~ after dg~ I usualy goes to npc to selling item~ click sort~ and~accidentaly sell hw~ gems~ etc~ even~ I have sell my +10 weap before~ cause I was trying weap lvl 51 after dg near npc~ and my friend weap +9~ that I enchanted for her~

It's a game bug that hasn't been fixed yet. Only way to not have a bugged inventory is to never use the Sort button.

You PM'd support? Did you send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support? The red names on the forum can't assist you through the forum, they need your game info that is included in a support ticket.

Take a screenshot of your inventory, mention that you lost your Atonement Nightshade Weapon and approximately when you lost it. Include that in your ticket. Let me know tomorrow if you don't have a reply to your ticket yet.
