Keeps Getting kick out from Server

Since I have log in this morning I keep getting kick out from the server. I cant even stay for more than a minute from getting kick out. My internet is definitely fine and also I could log in my other character from the same account which is weird. It would be nice if someone could help me about this. My in game name is (S3)Faye and in server 3: Heavenly Isle. Thanks

sher.cruz1827, since it's just one character you are having a problem with, please send in a ticket here: http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&ticket_type=7 Crystal Saga II is at the bottom of the game drop down list. Explain the process you are going through.

They may need some more information from you depending on what they see on their end, and that has to go through ticket.
