Please help me, i have wrong recharge to other server
i play in s 4 and i choice my order so why my order sent to s2
please move or refund my order and cek my ticket

You said you sent in a ticket... That's pretty much all you can do. Now you wait for your ticket to be responded to. There's about a week delay on ticket response times at the moment.

Please know that in order for them to move your recharge from one character to another, they will have to ban the one you didn't want it on. Keep an eye on your email for the reply to your ticket that will ask you if you are okay with that.

Only solution is for the wings to be manually sent to you, which requires the people who have access to do that to be in the office, which will be on Monday. I wish I could assure you that you would only be waiting until Monday, however, I have one person who has been waiting a while, so I'm trying to prepare you for a realistic situation. I will push hard on Monday for all of you, though.
