Health and mana orb missed

Hi, my problem is abot my health orb and mana orb. I was in nirvana hard second boss, an when i opened my inventory i saw i had the image of healt orb with a red 0 on it and noone mana orb. I had 20 health orb and 22 mana orb on my inventory before them disappeared. I want my orbs back.
I had a problem with my old char cause of facebook, and made a new one from the R2 site, so i want a answer for my problem with orbs.

Try checking your health reserves first if the orbs were accidentally clicked and used up. I had this problem in conjunction with the inventory sorting bug where I thought I was clicking on a random item (turned out to be my health orb). If this is not the case, then this might be a new bug.

my health reserve are 4312427, my mana reserve are 77476. Do u think my reserve show the use of 20 health and 22mana orbs?

I think so, each health orb (small) has a capacity of 200K, small mana orb 30K. You must have encountered that inventory sorting bug the devs have yet to repair.
