    Costume duplicate issue

    please help me. my bum beach costume turn into tuxedo. i already send a ticket 4 days ago but still no response .
    you guys suck it comes on costumer service! please do something . (WAG PURO PERA LANG TANG INA NIYO)

              I know its not my place to say but R2_Fanie said tickets responses will be delayed due to their National Holiday and MemoryLane has fowarded to them just hang on for a few more days.

                Ok thanks for the info but my friend got his crystal back few days ago that took 1 week too until they gave it back
