Lost my wings!

i was upgrading my wings today. when they were upgraded to ultimate demigod wings they were gone!
now tried to sent a ticket but asual waiting on answers. so ill try it here. tell me when i get my wings back please.

How long ago did you send a ticket because ticket responses vary from 1-3 days if it has been more than that wait for a mod to reply to this post and forward them the following information. (Server/Account Name/Email Address) and be patient they will reply to you.

its 3 days ago now. also got a problem with recharge. (99$) yesterday now 24h ago still no xtals....

You have to send in a ticket to www.r2games.com/support. Include the approximate date and time you lost your wings. Let me know when you've sent your ticket in so I can help speed the process up.

So today i had repsonse and they give back my wings. but i still dont have them! in the mail they said the name (S1)leeuw3n but that is not me. so probably sent wings to wrong char. iwill sent new ticket. again and hope they answer faster this time
