My mw wraith choker is missing

*** this game. I just open halloween pack then it replaces my mistweave choker. I cannot find my mw choker on my inventory. Same as my x3 tokens ***![ATTACH=CONFIG]168562[/ATTACH]

Its hard to look for wraith parts so repleace it immediately ***

I cannot stress this enough - make sure your inventory sorts properly before using anything.

You will need to send in a ticket. Do not abbreviate the name of the item in your ticket. Use the full name: Legendary Mistweave Wraith Choker. Include the approximate time and date you used the halloween pack so they can verify that you did not drop, sell, or destroy your choker.

When you have sent in a ticket, please let me know. I won't be able to ask for your ticket to be expedited until Monday, though.

Yes, it sorts properly as i am reading the posts here. The problem is when i used the amulet coin on my number 8 at tab. It uses my 3x exp token. The same as when i double clicked the halooween pack on my inventory. I already sent a ticket and i am really frustrated about this. I am very sorry but you dont know how i feel right now

I do know how you feel. I've lost quite a few things because of the sort bug, and that's exactly what the bug you've run in to is. When your bag is not properly sorted, which can happen any time you click the sort button, when you use one item, you're actually using a different one. However, if you use a consumable while bugged, the item the game is actually using ends up disappearing because it was "used". It's a bug I've been pushing to get fixed for a long time. Maybe support will get tired of having to research and send items lost to the bug and will also push to get it fixed.
