  • my wings is missing

    i was upgrading my wings.. and when i will wear it i cant find my wings on my inventory.. i tried to refresh browser and sort my inventory still cant find my wingsClick image for larger version

        I replied to your pm, but I don't think you'll receive it. I will forward your ticket, however, the one who handles missing items is off until Tuesday and I don't think there is anyone else with the access required to send a replacement.

            still no response on any support team.. its my 3rd time to send ticket regarding this issue.. its been a week but still no answer.. how do i know if they were updating my ticket.. if they dont give code to update ur ticket.. please follow up my ticket..

              I advise to never send in a second ticket on the same issue unless your first ticket was closed by the system for not being responded to for 2 weeks. Sending in a second ticket moves your whole case to the bottom of the pile, as tickets are responded to in the order they are received.

              Not sure what the delay is with several cases of missing things right now, but hopefully they will get back on track with that very soon.

                how about the dev that holding all missing items issue... is she in her office??.. i knew one that similar on my issue but they solve it less than a week.. does high vip most prioritize??
