This is a rather old bug and I'm not sure if someone has reported it but if you're auto pathing you can get stuck behind the sign in Starglade. While you can easily move from the area it is extremely inconvenient when you click accept DH and then get up to let it auto-path and AFK mobs while you do your chores or something else. It's just a minor inconvenience and I thought I'd report it anyways. Also, when auto-pathing to Aquatic Crypts it'll stop me in Lycanmarsh upon entering the floor. Not sure what that's about but yeah, just thought I'd report it anyways.

I haven't had it stop me in Lycanmarsh. I've had other weird things though.

Update: the issue is only on L1. Also, mobs in Lycanmarsh and reportedly not spawning on L1.Comment

You can get stuck on the sign in Starglade regardless of which instance you are on.
