Zodiac Bugged

I attempted to confirm the birthdate for Zodiac but it does nothing: Won't confirm, doesn't indicate that perhaps my level isn't correct or give me any idea of why birthdate will not confirm. I didn't see this issue any where in forums (at least for my server) so am posting here. IGN: Galtea, Beastmaster, L 65 Server 13. Thank you.
