Nimbus crystal torch bug

Hi...our guild master just received the nimbus crystal and he was about to use it so that we will gain exp fast..but as he clicks it,it says "you cant use that here"thing..he tried roaming around starglade and also at our guild station but still nothing..pls help us we need to lvl up fast..I dont know if it's really bugged or its just that we dont know the right location to use it??

It can't be used on this version at this time. It requires the Champion's Bluff farm, which doesn't exist on this version, and has yet to be routed to a different location.
