Guild events bugged

Recently my guild got LG and I've noticed levy is bugged so, i could not do levy. The world 2x exp and nimbus crystal is bugged since there is not effect when I turned on 2x exp despite saying operation successful and nimbus crystal could not be used anywhere in the map including guild station.

Nimbus Crystals can only be used in a map formerly known as Champions Bluff on CS, which doesn't exist here. If you can attach a screenshot of the item description as well as the 'Operation Successful' Seignor pop-up and the lack of one being activated, I will forward them along. Also, the team prefers whole screenshots without any cropping.
