No pet experience?
Ive try to train my Lv1 pet inside Training Ground and also in Guild Bonfire, but not get any exp....

Training Ground won't work because of the level difference between your pet and the mobs. Too much of a difference results in 0 exp gained. There's similar restrictions in bonfire.
