Demonlord Wings Passive skill not working

np hun. id just wish people would just pay attention instead of saying "it doesnt work"

DS has mentioned he will see if the skill is working for him. He will report his findings.

The passive does work. Proc is low (3%). I was able to get it to proc a few times by entering the training grounds and attacking the mobs just with basic attack, no pets, no skills, nothing on.
