Ranger Class doesn't make a sound while hitting (normal hit)

Well at first when CS version 2 was created the ranger doesn't show an arrow and its fixed, but now can you fix the sound as well?. At first i thought i turned off the sounds until i realize it isn't the sound system because, the skills make sounds while normal hit doesn't. Fix it please because i don't feel taking damage at all.
