    is there anyone can help me with this, i already send ticket to R2.

    You will need to wait for support to respond to your ticket. They will be asking you a series of questions to confirm that you are the owner of the account before proceeding.

      still didnt get any response after i send answer for the confirmation of the ownership... will it take 2-3 days for it?

            I would advise against submitting new tickets about cases you already have opened. This will only further delay the process.

            I have been informed that R2 has reset the lock.

                It sounds like someone else has access to your account. I’d advise changing your password before asking for another character lock reset.
