Mini Kingdom stats dont get added to your toon

Once again thank you R2, I figured id experiment spend a few xtals on the system to check it out and during the experiment all the stats i was supposed to get for the patk and agility i increased were never added to my toon. Lets see if they fix this.

im pretty sure you only get the stats after you upgrade your kingdom. you need 10,000 World will, and its uber cheap at 1380 per 100... so 138,000 crystals, Super attainable right?
