Hi is there anyone that could help me understand why r2 support hasn't resolved my ticket after a month. I managed to get some responses from them on the ticket but the last one I had to have the head mod tell them to give me a response which all they said was basically "keep waiting". It has been over a month now and r2 has not resolved my ticket whatsover. They haven't said anything of whether they can or can't do anything to help me. Whatever this is. It isn't "support".

Make sure you're replying to the ticket to keep it open. Once 2 weeks passes the ticket will be closed. Don't be afraid to give R2 a friendly reminder you're waiting for assistance. Please, remember when a ticket goes unanswered that we can assist you with getting a reply to your tickets.
