I tried to log on to my account but it's already on, however it doesn't say you logged in from another device, it doesn't force my account into going offline when i try to open it please help me!
it always say that authorization error or lost connection to server

Were you online and lost connectivity? If so it's likely the server is reading your character as still being online. It usually lasts around 20 minutes before your character goes offline. If this is not the case you'll need to file a ticket with support for assistance. The link is in my signature.
