Missing Crystals and no response to support ticket

The other day I cashed $20, got the 5000 crystal card from Treasure box, i used 200 crystal on Domination city, after wards my crystal balance was 1078, i submitted a ticket and have not even gotten a response.

So i sent in the ticket back on the 7th or 8th they responded with give them time to research .. well its been like 3 weeks.. no response .. i replied to the email where they were requesting more info....and still no response
