Hi, you will need to submit a ticket for assistance with this. Here is the link to the ticket system http://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&ticket_type=7 they will ask for information to prove ownership ie when was the account created, what ip was it created under, when was the last time you recharged and how much was it.
