You may need to try a different browser there has been issues with chrome lately and they are working to resolve this. I unapproved one of your posts in the future if the screenshot has personal information such as email please dm it to one of us.

yep i tried internet,chrome,opera and firefox still not working could you please tell me what happen ..this is my first encounter this problem
