    Hello there, I need your support on contacting R2 CSRs to please respond to my tickets.

    I have 3 tickets submitted as follows;
    12/08/2020 - In game bug
    12/08/2020 - In game concern
    12/16/2020 - In game bug

    As of today, none of them have a response.
    I can't send private messages MemoryLane or any moderator could you please provide me with an alternative way to share the email from which these tickets were submitted.

    We just need the character name and server you sent the ticket under, but the alternate way to share information with us is the Discord link that's located in the announcement banner at the top of the screen and in my signature.
