Cant log Alt character on the Client

I have some Problems
i have reinstalled my Computer and cant log my Alt Account i need everytime to log off my main and then log my Alt
before i have reinstalled my Computer i dont had this Problem what i can do i have try to reinstall the Client but Same Problem...
