so in the cs II page there is a reedem a code thing

is that thing broken or doesnt it work for alpha server because i have tried many times but every time i click on reedem the code a message pops up saying

" system error please try again "

there is no point claiming your (1 time only) code during a alpha.....why would you claim something you cant keep ????
