Jade coins are what you use to complete a delivery quest. 300 is needed to hand in the quest at commerce leader. once youre done with your deliveries and if you have left overs. You can just throw them away.Comment

You can actually use spare coins and sell the ~12 ingots you are handed (That's probably what the vague description tried to tell us).
