I am having a problem I have submitted 2 ticket so far, i have recieved my refund but its still showing as chargeback on my account and now that a recently bought an item in another game that order is in pending.
This was with Nightfalls refund was completed, but my account still is showing as chargeback status was not cleared.

Hello again. I hate to ask you this, but can you send me a forum pm with the email address you used in your ticket? They are having trouble locating the ticket by the character name, probably because of how new the game is.
