I can't quite give a guide because I've never followed through with BM very long but I can give a tip... I found for dungeons it works rather well to build up barkskin (as usual) and your tank familiars (such as dragon turtle, boar, etc) and to use the skill that saps your own life to heal the familiar (the name escapes me) that will allow you to beat most dungeons and in most cases you won't need to use health orbs as long as you keep potions going.
