any guide for Pixie system?

I was wondering how the pixie system worked and wen exactly i can get it and work on it

You get a quest at lvl 80 in Tyria Village. You'll see the quest in your Available tab after hitting level 80.

There's not much to the pixie system. Your pixie will gain exp as a pet would, but you have to click the Level Up button each time it's ready to level. This takes Crystal Essence. Once your pixie reaches the required level, you can upgrade it to the next actualization using Pixie Upgrade Crystals, Soul Shards, Crystal Essence, and Gold. For example, you can upgrade your first pixie once it reaches level 10 with 80 Pixie Upgrade Crystals (PUCs) and 10 or 20 Soul Shards, but if you don't have enough PUCs right now, you can level it to it's maximum level and upgrade it when you have the required materials. You don't get anything special for leveling the pixie to the maximum level before upgrading.

The stats from the pixie affect your character's base stats.
