Morph system changes your pet from one type to a different type, with a small chance that it will be a better quality. Hovering over the top question mark on the right side of the Morph panel tells you what type your pet will change into. In your case, your agile type pet turned into an offensive type pet.

Evolve is what makes your pet stronger. This just needs a second pet identical pet (same pet, same stage, same quality), and will upgrade your pet to the next evolution, as shown in the preview on the right side of the Evolve panel.
