where can i find the nirvana dungeon?

To find any dungeon, open the Event panel (the flag looking icon, above the shopping cart, to the left of the mini map) and then click on the Dungeons tab. You can click on each dungeon, and it will tell you on the right side where the dungeon is located, along with what drops there, and how many non-vip runs you have left. If you click the link that tells you where the dungeon is, it will walk you there.
