    Any GM/Mod wanna get my ticket for me? :L its been more than 3 days, Annnnd it never sent me a ticket #.

    It only sends a ticket number when you get emailed the reply.

    If you give me your character name and server, I will forward it on Monday.

        Any update? Still no reply. :c

        Apparently under the old support link you can see open tickets, but it doesn't show my ticket now, but never received any email or replies. :l

          i sent in a ticket 5 days ago about crystal purchase issue, still no answer.... im rly wondering if its someone who work in this office?

                  After forwarding your info multiple times, I have just been told they can't find the ticket under that name. Would you mind pming me with the email address you used in your ticket?
