Next to your mini map and above the shopping cart icon, is an icon of a flag. That is your Events panel. Click on the Dungeons tab. Then, click on the dungeon you want to find. At the top of the right side, it will tell you what NPC to visit and what map that NPC is on. For example, when you click on Nirvana Domain, it will say Phoenix Descendant - Lycanmarsh. This is also clickable, so you can auto path there if you wish.
To craft Super Titles, you need Super Title Shards in the amount required for that title. You can collect these shards in dungeons from Nirvana Domain on up. Upgrading has stars, like upgrading wings and mounts do, so it will take you a few tries.
