But this is first time ever i havnt gotten a reply on a ticket in more then 10 daysago, its about a banktransfer i did 2016-09-09.
Im feeling really dissapointed how the actions of not answering ticket or trying to solve the issue for me, right now we do talk about real money and i have to solve this issue before i will take some drastic movements.
Shame on the support, something important as this cant even be 1 of their reasons to help their customers fast.
Also have to ask, can you actually look up the ticket somehow? when i check support page i got no page where to find my "made ticket" and also shouldnt i recieve a reply to my email when they do reply? (if thats the problem)
