Why you don't fix the problem of the broken of items caused by low durability (exp: Durability 5) ???

I'm not sure what you mean by "the problem". Items wear down as you use them, and need to be repaired once they are broken. If you use a normal repair or a normal hammer, you will reduce the maximum durability of the item, and over time, it will be too low to repair. If you are using equipment that you want to keep for a long time, you need to use the master repair option or a master hammer (which you can get from Treasure Trove upon entering, costs 5g to enter), so that you do not reduce the maximum durability.
