Can anyone answer this question please...If i want to get the guild contribution packs with my points where do i get them if my guild doesnt own starglade i currently have an alt guild that is now level 2 and was hoping to get teeka
pet eggs which on my main i can get from the guild territory officer under manage starglade options where is that available to those that dont own starglade

Your guild needs to be the current owner of Starglade to have access to the Guild Territory Officer where that shop is. It is not available any other way.

Does this mean that I can't access the Vault Expanders unless I'm a member of the one guild that overpowers everyone else?

Pack and Vault Expanders can be found in the Guild Contribution Shop inside the Guild Station.

The ones in the Guild Territory Officer's shop just happen to be cheaper.
