  • Purchased Wrong Gender Cloth

    I'm Richeut in S5 Himeng Valley. Yesterday I purchased the incorrect gender Devil Horns (F). I submitted a ticket but I have no clue where do I follow it up.

              I've submitted a new ticket as well, curious how it says after submitting the ticket that if you don't receive a response after 3 days (doesn't specify if business days or not) to send a response on the ticket, however there's no place you can see your tickets :S

                Ermm....you know if you wrongly bought the clothes, actually you can put it in your closet and you will get an additional stats for that..like mine, i already bought all the
                costumes even its for F (my character is M)and put it all in my closet...so no need to filed a tickets i think...anyway its up to you

                    It's a Wardrobe, and it's accessed through your Inventory panel. You can put 1 of each costume in there for some extra stats.

                    All I've been told about your ticket is that it will be looked into. I don't have any other update for you at this time.

                      More than 5 business day, ticket has been forwarded Too but still no answer on my e-mail. Neither receipt or confirmación that I ever submitted a ticket, this way R2 van simple say I didn't submitted a thing.. anyways. I would like a refund on the purchased Ã*tem.

                      Bumping this, just want to know how it ends...

                          Ticket submitted on November 3rd. 7 business days and still no response.

                          I would like to point out that the ticket system needs to be updated, why?. You don't even receive an e-mail verification informing about the ticket you just have submitted. Neither you have a "My Tickets" option. So there´s no place to track your ticket or any evidence that you actually submitted one. Unless you take a screen recording of you submitting your ticket.

                          But oh well... thanks in advance.
